Cancellation, Replacement & Returns Policy

Because bulk consignments involve dedicated procurement and craft batching, our policies are designed to protect both buyers and artisans:

• Cancellations: Permitted prior to procurement commencement. Orders already packed or in transit cannot be cancelled mid-route.
• Replacements: If any received batch exhibits transit damage or manufacturing discrepancy, buyers may file a replacement claim within 7 calendar days of delivery with photo evidence.
• Central Inspection: Damaged or non-conforming items returned to the warehouse are routed to quarantine and replacement units are dispatched promptly from reserve stock.
